Montana Drought Adaptation and Response Plan

That state of Montana has just launched the planning process for developing a new drought adaptation and response plan. The current plan was last updated in 1997.

Key partners include the Montana Climate Office, Montana universities, the U.S. Geological Survey, the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, tribal partners, the North Central Climate Adaptation Science Center, the National Weather Service, the National Drought Mitigation Center, NOAA, and NIDIS.
