Northern Great Plains Tribal Climate Adaptation Workshop

The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe organized a series of five workshops to provide training and education for the staff and students from the 12 federally recognized tribes of North Dakota and South Dakota (3 Affiliated Tribes of Fort Berthold, Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa, Standing Rock Sioux, Spirit Lake, Flandreau Santee, Rosebud, Oglala, Sisseton Wahpeton, Lower Brule, Cheyenne River, Crow Creek, and Yankton Sioux) to address climate and environmental issues in their respective communities.
