CPC U.S. Drought Outlooks

The monthly and seasonal (3-month) outlook for drought tendency from the National Weather Service's Climate Prediction Center (CPC), which depicts large-scale trends based on subjectively derived probabilities guided by short- and long-range forecasts.
How To
How to use this site:
- Click on the image of the drought outlook you wish to view (monthly or seasonal) to view a map and a text description of the outlook.
- Click on the map to view an enlarged image.
- Right click on the image and select "Save Image As" to download the map image.
- Alternatively, select "PDF Version of Monthly Drought Outlook Graphic" or "PDF Version of Seasonal Drought Outlook Graphic" to download a PDF version of the outlook.
